Finance for Sales Professionals uses Income/Outcome Business Acumen to provide business simulations that are proven to be the best way to help non-finance people understand the basics of business finance.
Participants will take part in a team-based learning approach that teaches the fundamentals of bottom line impact initiatives and “why we are doing what we are doing” so they can drive results. Team members may walk in with a fuzzy idea of how your business operates and their role in it, but they will walk out with a firm grasp of basic business finance terminology, how the parts of your business are interconnected, and how their actions impact your organization’s bottom line.
Finance for Sales Professionals is a game-simulation approach that transitions the learning from the classroom to the real world. The tie-backs and discussions relate the simulation experience to your company’s concerns, measures, and goals. This can include additional visualization exercises and discussion of real world competitors. In addition, these discussions relate methodology that makes it easy for anyone to quickly understand financial statements and concepts. Participants gain:
