Erica Richardson is a Sales Consultant with NuVue. Erica grew up with strong roots in agriculture and followed her passion to Iowa State University pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture and Life Sciences Education from Iowa State University. After college, Erica started her career by chartering an urban agriculture program where she served as an agriculture teacher and FFA Advisor for two years. Erica’s speaking and facilitation experience across the United States as a National FFA Officer and beyond has led her to believe one core idea: People are the most valuable asset of any organization. Erica is committed to bringing both her educational and agricultural background together to best serve a rapidly changing industry.
