Researched and developed by Wilson Learning, Leading for Performance: Leading for Performance: Working Styles: Dimensions of Social Style (LFP-WS) is based on the Social Style model, with its four distinct interactive styles: Driver, Analytical, Amiable, and Expressive. LFP-WS provides proven skills for identifying Social Style, recognizing each style’s strengths, and developing interpersonal versatility to adapt one’s own behavior and work more effectively with others.

Working Styles: Dimensions of Social Style is a workshop is part of the Leading for Performance series and can be coupled with other workshops. Leading for Performance: Working Styles: Dimensions of Social Style(LFP-WS) is a one-day program that features a participant guide, job aid card, application, reinforcement, and support tools so participants can develop skills during the workshop, fine-tune, and then apply the skills and behaviors back in the organization. .

A highly recommended option and a key component in LFP-WS is the Social Styles Profile, which will profile the participant by means of Social Style and Versatility.

After the workshop, Our Learning That Never Stops approach ensures skills learned in Managing Styles in Conflict will be transferred to day-to-day work practices with our extended learning follow-up for self-paced reinforcement.
