Paul is an executive and leadership coach with over 20 years of experience helping professionals lead effectively, adapt to change, and achieve measurable results. He has a proven track record in coaching, consulting, talent development, and leadership enablement. He specializes in enhancing personal effectiveness, fostering productive workplace environments, and driving business outcomes.
Paul has designed and implemented leadership development initiatives for all levels, from senior executives to emerging managers. He has worked across a broad variety of industries including financial services, agriculture, healthcare, life sciences and energy/oil & gas. Paul is an expert leadership coach and coaching program leader. He has taught coaching to managers and leaders for over two decades, and has designed and implemented multiple company-wide performance coaching initiatives for major organizations. Paul is also an experienced instructional designer and training facilitator, and is certified to deliver a broad variety of leading training programs. This includes his role as an adjunct instructor of the National Science Foundation’s I-Corps initiative at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he teaches and coaches deep technology early-stage venture teams in exploring the commercial viability of their intellectual property.
Outside of work, Paul lives in the Boston area with his wife and two children. He is a passionate cyclist, vintage bicycle collector, and dedicated bicycle mechanic. He and his family enjoy traveling and supporting the local Boston sports teams.
